This is what the deputy secretary general of the UDPS Kibasa said this Wednesday, January 22, 2025 during the logistics conference on the theme “the challenges of urban mobility in the DRC” organized by Women Un logistics Africa, Wila DRC which works in the logistics sector in Kinshasa.

To this end, Following his managerial spirit to resolve the problems of traffic jams in the DRC particularly in Kinshasa aiming to streamline traffic in the capital of Kinshasa, Deputy Secretary General of the UDPS Kibassa Alain Kyungu Mushidi,

Speaking at the 2nd Panel under the theme “sustainable development and innovation”, the political and social actor, with a winning psychology and managerial spirit for the development of the DRC, is Alain Kyungu, recalled the Master plan developed by the current Governorwhich suffers from application and recommended to the provincial government the relocation of certain institutions of the country to resolve this scourge which represents a danger on the economic level.
“The state has its responsibilities regarding the management and planning of everything related to mobility and movement of the population; the population must take charge of civic responsibility, adopt good habits and know the law with its obligations together we can have a company thatare valid and fluid as desired” he concluded.
This meeting saw the participation of several political figures and civil society.
